Customer Development and Sales Growth Specialist

Ryder System, a leader in transportation innovation, is seeking an experienced Customer Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts in our Business Unit, developing customer interest in additional Ryder services, and utilizing the Ryder Sales Process to drive sales growth.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. Your ability to build and maintain relationships, analyze financial data, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements and develop sales penetration plans.
- Analyze financial data to determine customer needs and solutions that match those needs.
- Develop relationships with all customer buying influences and understand their business goals and objectives.
- Present Ryder services and capabilities to customers and work with internal stakeholders to deliver contracted services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more of demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience.
The estimated salary range for this position is $56,000 - $63,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Compensation may vary based on location and other factors.
