Multifamily Sales Specialist

Impact Floors of Texas, a leading provider of flooring solutions, is seeking an experienced Multifamily Sales Specialist to join our team. With over 30 years of serving thousands of multifamily properties, we offer outstanding customer service and quick installation.
This role involves developing relationships with assigned portfolio customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company strategic direction, increasing sales, and generating revenue and profit.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue streams.
- Create customized sales presentations tailored to each customer's unique needs, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, scheduling, customer calls, and reporting, providing valuable insights for future growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor pricing, products, installations, and delivery methods, offering expert advice to customers.
- Analyze results and competitive developments to recommend innovative products, services, and policies that drive business forward.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Foundational sales knowledge, account management, or relevant experience.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, presenting data and influencing decision-making cycles credibly and efficiently.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- A proven ability to focus on details while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination.
We require a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of customer sales experience or related experience; minimum 2 years of flooring experience or related experience are also required.
Prior experience selling products and services to multifamily property management companies or working for such companies is highly valued.
You must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and up-to-date auto insurance.
