Sales Growth Specialist

Ryder System is a leading provider of transportation and supply chain solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and developing sales penetration plans to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements.
- Develop sales penetration plans to identify opportunities for growth and risk management.
- Present Ryder services and capabilities to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with all customer buying influences.
- Understand and manage customer satisfaction perception.
- Conduct regularly scheduled customer reviews and monitor CSI results by account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is between $56,000 and $63,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
