The Role:

  • As a Strategic Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
  • You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop innovative sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth.
  • Your primary focus will be on building and sustaining relationships with key business accounts, leveraging our HC Brands platform to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • You will work closely with our CRM team to maintain comprehensive client profiles and develop targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in key account management, preferably in e-commerce sales.
  • Experience with lead generation systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot is preferred.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 8 paid holidays, PTO, and 16 hours of community service time off.

  • A bi-annual incentive bonus program potential if the company achieves its Net Operating Income (NOI) goals.
