Position Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Legal Department will report directly to a Vice President - Deputy General Counsel and will also provide support to additional senior executives within the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent executives through various communication channels.
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the assigned executives.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective communication lines are established.
- Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reporting efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between executives and external contacts, including vendors and industry professionals.
- Provide logistical support for department meetings and events, collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant executive administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic expense systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Work Environment
We offer a hybrid office/remote working model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration as needed.
