  1. Serve as the primary contact for Sub-Zero Group, Inc., demonstrating exceptional customer service abilities while delivering professional, friendly, prompt, and precise responses to inquiries from customers and field partners.
  2. Efficiently manage and input data across various software platforms while engaging with callers.
  3. Communicate effectively to identify the customer's initial concern, provide product troubleshooting assistance, and suggest appropriate solutions to address their issues.
  4. Respond to usage and care inquiries, educating customers to enhance their experience with our innovative product line.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of service that involves negotiating solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Qualifications:

Skills:

Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor.

Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is required, with product support experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree or advanced education is a plus.

Training:

Initial training will take place onsite for two months, with a structured schedule. Following the training period, the part-time role will require 25-29 hours of work per week, with varying days and times.
