Sales Support Representative
The Sales Support Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our dealer network. This position is integral in facilitating marketing initiatives, managing incoming calls, assisting with dealer onboarding, and providing comprehensive support to both dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a variety of incoming calls, including online portal assistance, dealer account modifications, and inquiries from misdirected customers or dealers.
- Collect and process application information for prospective dealers, ensuring timely setup for approved dealers.
- Conduct follow-up communications to assist in maintaining dealer account information, sales data, and compliance requirements.
- Support account managers within their designated regions as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as imaging documents, printing materials, and assembling promotional packages.
- Prepare and distribute Welcome Packets, Aqua Bucks, and other requested documentation for dealers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, sales, customer service, or a related field is required.
- Experience in the financial sector is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Physical Requirements
In this role, the employee will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, see, speak, hear, and manipulate objects or controls. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds.
This position is primarily office-based, necessitating the ability to sit for extended periods. The employee will spend approximately 90% of their time working on a computer.
