Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  1. Assisting customers through the automotive repair and maintenance journey.
  2. Providing expert advice on service options and associated costs.
  3. Scheduling service appointments and managing customer inquiries.
  4. Monitoring vehicle status from the moment it enters the service bay until completion.
  5. Ensuring customer satisfaction by reviewing completed work orders and addressing any concerns.
  6. Maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
  • A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and professional appearance.
