Position Title: Customer Experience Account Manager

Job Overview:

The Customer Experience Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for a designated group of clients, ensuring that all client requirements and expectations are fulfilled. This role involves engaging with clients through various channels including case management systems, telephonic communication, and electronic correspondence to address inquiries related to order status, modifications, repairs, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a positive client experience by establishing rapport, demonstrating understanding, and providing effective solutions.
  2. Engage clients to gather and confirm monthly and yearly material forecasts.
  3. Proactively communicate with clients to review pending orders, ensuring alignment between order volume and anticipated demand.
  4. Handle transactions including sales orders, product returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  5. Drive profitable growth to achieve both team and individual objectives while ensuring a superior client experience.
  6. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development.
  7. Utilize available resources to stay informed about promotional initiatives and support profitable growth during critical business periods.
  8. Identify future opportunities by understanding the deeper needs of clients to cultivate long-term relationships.
  9. Embrace a culture of learning to improve existing competencies while acquiring new skills in alignment with client-centric goals.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing service role within a manufacturing environment or as an account manager.
  • Associate degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and strong communication skills to quickly establish rapport with clients.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and self-motivation, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP in Sales & Distribution, particularly in returns management and planning.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Background in organizations with matrix structures across various regions.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
