  • Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information management.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by processing orders and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding pricing and scheduling matters.
  • Address customer inquiries related to service, scheduling, and billing.
  • Collaborate with branch personnel to resolve service-related issues.
  • Initiate outbound calls for various customer service campaigns.
  • Provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in clerical or customer service roles preferred.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and related software.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
  • A designated home office space suitable for remote work.
  • High-speed internet connection with the capability to connect via Ethernet.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include the ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally, prolonged periods of sitting while using office equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
