Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing service role within a manufacturing environment or as an account manager.
  • An associate degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and strong telephone communication skills to quickly establish rapport with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivated approach, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP in Sales & Distribution, particularly in returns management and planning.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Background in organizations with matrix structures across various regions.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
