Job Summary

RTA US is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for proactively managing customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and resolving billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively handle customer accounts receivable, utilizing advanced Excel functionalities to collect outstanding balances.
  • Responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and resolving customer billing problems.
  • Analyze open receivables, discrepancies between systems, and perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • One year of directly related experience with advanced Excel skills, including writing macros, creating pivot tables, and using VLOOKUP formulas.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
