About You

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Luxury Lifestyle Brands who has a passion for luxury lifestyle brands and enjoys blending creativity with data-driven insights. You thrive working with a collaborative team, are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing, customer loyalty, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization, along with a keen eye for creativity and an appreciation for luxury lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development and execution of retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Manage the end-to-end email & SMS marketing process, including campaign planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Assist in creating an engaging and personalized campaign calendar, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize email engagement and conversion rates.
  • Segment customer database based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics to deliver targeted and relevant communications.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of customer retention programs, such as loyalty rewards, referral programs, and personalized incentives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retention marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Luxury Lifestyle Brands with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
