Job Description

As a key member of Entravision's Marketing Department, the Branded Content Marketing Lead will leverage their creativity, marketing expertise, and understanding of Spanish language media audiences to drive innovative branded content programs across our linear and digital platforms. This exciting opportunity will allow you to be an integral part of the creative center of the company's U.S. media division, influencing truly innovative and engaging multi-platform proposals and executions across the country.

The Branded Content Marketing Lead will report directly to the Head of Branded Content and be responsible for ideating and creating multi-platform and multi-asset campaign ideas that connect the company's offerings in a creative and effective manner. The ideal candidate will bring their special brand of creativity and collaboration to the table and be excited to be tasked with being the IDEA person for the branded content team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate with the marketing team to create innovative, engaging, and effective branded content concepts for clients
  • Provide concept one-sheets and mini-decks to meet sales/client needs
  • Coordinate/write scripts as needed for production (Radio, TV, digital video)
  • Be a creative collaborator that creates ideas and concepts that are authentic and powerful for all channels
  • Work closely with marketing production and CES teams (Social Media Managers / Content Creators) to optimize the effectiveness of content ideas
  • Connect with Sales department leadership and team to ensure synergy buy-in and collaboration
  • Connect with Audio and Television Content leadership to stay informed on all content opportunities and Radio / TV talent updates
  • Champion the virtues of Branded Content and work closely with the Head of Branded Content to create calendars and internal communication strategies to promote BC
  • Stay up to date with the latest media and platform trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content ideation, and/or marketing strategy
  • Extensive experience in a Marketing Department or Advertising Agency setting within a strategy or execution preview
  • Understanding of Spanish language media and audiences
  • Must have a thorough understanding of US Hispanic Culture and Media habits
  • Excellent writing and concepting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to write and present in Spanish (language)
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Spanish Language Media Marketing Strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Deep Understanding of the sales process and marketing's role in the sales process
