About the Role:
At Clarke Schools for Hearing & Speech, we are seeking an experienced School Office Coordinator to join our administrative team. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000. As the School Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, Assistant Director, and school staff. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and performing various administrative tasks.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports and documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Additionally, you will order supplies, verify delivery, and maintain petty cash. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Finance Department in budgeting, verify account numbers, submit and file invoices and purchase orders, and handle all billing procedures conducted at Clarke Boston. You will also enter enrollment and change of status information into our database system, complete and submit monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliation, establish and maintain vendor accounts, and compile and transmit EI services reimbursement materials.
