Job Overview:
As a Medical Office Coordinator at NavitsPartners, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to physicians and surgeons. This dynamic position requires strong clinical and organizational skills to manage patient flow, perform medical office tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Estimated Salary:$62,000 - $72,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care, including phlebotomy, EKGs, and preparing patients for exams.
  • Manage patient flow and provide assistance with walking, dressing, and transferring patients as needed.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as managing patient records, obtaining test results, and completing forms.
  • Maintain and restock medical supplies, ensuring proper sterilization techniques are followed.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, effective communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced medical office environment.
  • Certification: Certification as a Medical Assistant from an approved school.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
