  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen operations comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our team members.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or culinary degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification required (can be received in-house).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer service orientation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; manual dexterity required for use of kitchen equipment.
