Job Title: Sous Chef

At Dickie Brennan & Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Assist in menu development and execution, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
  • ServSafe certification required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a customer service orientation.
