Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-volume kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes and menus
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to achieve high performance and retention
- Minimum 2 years of salaried kitchen management experience in a regional or national concept
- Proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and staff development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage budgets and cost controls to optimize profits
- $60,000 - $70,000 base salary
