Job Overview

The Client Development Director plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion at Datamark, Inc. by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth across assigned client accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence and account feedback to inform business strategies and drive decision-making.
  • Lead and direct sales activities to achieve activity and closed business goals, while collaborating with the sales team and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment with company growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Assume full ownership of sales functions for the acquisition of new business as assigned.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Provide leadership and vision on sales activities to reach activity and closed business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions.
