Senior Business Development Manager

">We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team at EOS IT Solutions. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying and acquiring new business, driving business growth by understanding client needs, promoting our suite of services, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach focusing on customer outcomes. They will possess knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPIC, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT managed services, Networking, and AV Industry. Our estimated salary for this position is between $100,000—$140,000 USD per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed new and existing business acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
