Sales Territory Manager

The ALL-GAS Company is seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team in Hartford, CT. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our compressed gases and welding equipment within the Fairfield County territory.
This role offers a competitive salary and commission package, with an estimated annual income of $65,000 in the first year and over $80,000 targeted for the second year. In addition to a competitive compensation package, you will also receive comprehensive health, dental, and retirement benefits, as well as ongoing professional development and training.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
