Job DescriptionAs a Neuroscience Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and representing our client's products in their respective sales territory. Your primary goal will be to generate product utilization and achieve sales goals while working closely with other members of the sales team and reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager.

Responsibilities- Ability to comprehend complex disease state, product profile, and clinical studies information to deliver effective sales presentations
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to learn, analyze, and effectively convey scientific and technical medical information
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve consistent sales growth within the assigned territory
- Promote products ethically and within compliance using approved marketing strategies and sales processes
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts across multiple settings
- Develop professional relationships with healthcare providers and office staff to drive business growth
- Achieve sales goals and drive product utilization through effective use of our client's sales model and available resources
- Consistently record sales activity in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-3 years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, preferably in family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, or psychiatry
- Proven track record of high performance and self-motivation, with a willingness to work as a team-player, self-starter, and independent thinker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and technical medical information
