About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Executive Benefits Sales Representative to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As an Executive Benefits Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting, designing, and executing executive benefit life insurance sales opportunities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with key sales clients to meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from time of sale to issuance.
* Conduct site visits to assigned firms/institutions to achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate sales activities and case management responsibilities with LFD Internal and External wholesalers.
* Cultivate, manage, and maintain firm/institution client relationships within assigned territory.

Requirements:
* 1-3+ years experience in financial services or life insurance sales that directly aligns with specific responsibilities for this role.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* FINRA SIE, 6, 63 Licenses.
* Analytical skills and close attention to detail are necessary.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
