The Great Greek - Tampa is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to grow their career in the food industry.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of The Great Greek, interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring that every guest has an excellent experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing outstanding customer service
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area
- Assisting with setup and closing procedures
- Participating in team social events and celebrations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
