Customer Service Leadership Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15-25 entry-level customer service agents responsible for inbound call handling, assisting them with leadership and expertise, ensuring call quality, improving internal processes, and driving sales results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of total call center experience or 1 year of call center management experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
