Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handling customer calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure every customer experience is top-notch in quality
- Handle customer calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, ensuring follow-up on all customer issues
- Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
- Provide support on product selection and application
- Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with an estimated salary of $18.75 per hour depending on experience.
