Ambius is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
About the Role
We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, develop new business relationships, and increase revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
- Craft territory development strategies that result in exceeding sales targets
- Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
- Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of outstanding service solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, Diploma and/or bachelor's program preferred
- Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses
- Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales
- Experience selling into multiple market segments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000 - $59,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:
- Plus Commissions
- Plus Quarterly Bonuses based on target achievement
- Monthly auto allowance about $450 depending on vehicle, plus mileage
