Job Summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our Northwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the medical, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted sales expectations
  • Drive sales growth and revenue by identifying potential clients and developing effective sales pitches
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management on sales trends, customer needs, and competitive activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of coatings sales experience
  • Experience selling services to engineers in the medical, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
