Job Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and executing company strategies within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with medical offices, medical spas, and surgical suites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives in and out of your assigned territory to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
  • Provide timely reports to the Regional Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline.
  • Travel regularly within your assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the aesthetic/dermatology industry or a related field.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
