Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily territory operations and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites and offices
  • Develop a network of potential clients and maintain regular contact through phone and internet
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals
  • Maintain and exceed sales quotas by renting and selling equipment consistently
  • Understand customer needs and market conditions to provide effective solutions
  • Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base
  • Support all team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration preferred
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred

Compensation:

$70k - $75k
