Charming Inns is in search of a full-time Guest Services Coordinator (7 am-3 pm) for our King Street properties. As the initial point of contact for guests, it is the coordinator's duty to be courteous and effective while maintaining Charming Inns' esteemed reputation for service, hospitality, and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming phone inquiries and assist callers with their needs or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Manage room bookings with precise descriptions of room types and accurate rate quotes, including amenities.
  • Provide guests with recommendations for local dining and attractions, securing tickets and reservations upon request.
  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
  • Collaborate with bell staff and housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should be personable and approachable, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Must possess full availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous front desk or concierge experience is required; experience in a luxury boutique hotel is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Windows computing and multi-line phone systems is essential.
