Position Overview

This position is integral to the financial health of the company, involving the meticulous compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial information. The Senior Corporate Accountant is essential in overseeing the daily accounting operations related to asset management, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain journal entries and trial balance reports.
  • Oversee general ledger documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Generate and coordinate comprehensive financial reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly tax filings and financial statements.
  • Audit daily revenue and non-revenue reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and reconcile various accounts, including Guest Ledger and House accounts.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven team player with a positive outlook.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is advantageous.
