Key Responsibilities:
As the Executive Director, you will be accountable for the comprehensive management and operation of the community, ensuring alignment with the standards set by the Owners/Board of Directors, as well as compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Your role will involve:
- Articulating and exemplifying a clear, resident-focused vision that prioritizes exceptional care.
- Building and nurturing relationships within the local community to enhance business development and maximize revenue.
- Implementing a robust external business development strategy with defined responsibilities and measurable outcomes.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of state regulations and ensuring all resident files are compliant and up-to-date.
- Meeting financial objectives to optimize returns for capital partners.
- Overseeing all operational programs, including memory care and social services.
- Preparing and adhering to the community budget while striving to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Reviewing financial statements and addressing any discrepancies with actionable plans.
- Managing non-labor operating costs in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Administration, or a related field, along with:
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Proven experience in hiring, coaching, and managing team performance.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- A track record of effectively managing operating expenses.
- Administrator License/certification.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
