Your role will involve:

  • Articulating and exemplifying a clear, resident-focused vision that prioritizes exceptional care.
  • Building and nurturing relationships within the local community to enhance business development and maximize revenue.
  • Implementing a robust external business development strategy with defined responsibilities and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of state regulations and ensuring all resident files are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Meeting financial objectives to optimize returns for capital partners.
  • Overseeing all operational programs, including memory care and social services.
  • Preparing and adhering to the community budget while striving to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Reviewing financial statements and addressing any discrepancies with actionable plans.
  • Managing non-labor operating costs in accordance with budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Administration, or a related field, along with:

  • A minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in hiring, coaching, and managing team performance.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • A track record of effectively managing operating expenses.
  • Administrator License/certification.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
