PrideStaff Financial is seeking a skilled Corporate and Partnership Tax Specialist. This role is essential for ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax reporting and will offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze sales and purchase transaction data.
- Assist in the maintenance of Vertex and SAP systems.
- Support the SAGE fixed asset reporting system, focusing on federal depreciation methods, state regulations, GILTI, E&P, and property tax basis tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate submissions of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns, along with key international filings and compliance related to environmental waste.
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and assist in the accrual of quarterly income tax.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in tax or accounting, including expertise in exemption certificate collection, validations, state nexus activities, and sales tax audits.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
