Position Overview: This role is tailored for candidates with backgrounds in corporate finance, public accounting, or financial analysis. Key responsibilities encompass budgeting, forecasting, and conducting data assessments. Typical tasks include interpreting quantitative data, developing intricate database and spreadsheet applications, and resolving complex issues. Successful candidates will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders. A commitment to quality performance, adaptability, and exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary Work - Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This role primarily involves sitting but may require brief periods of walking or standing.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or data analytics from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with complex datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA, CMA, or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with the utility sector.
Selection Process:
