About Pilot Flying J

As a key member of our tax division, you will play an essential role in managing our tax obligations. The Tax Accountant will be tasked with the preparation and submission of federal, state, and local income tax returns, with a particular emphasis on flow-through taxation for S Corporations and Partnerships. In addition, you will support various accounting initiatives, perform reconciliations of tax accounts, and conduct research on complex tax matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in accounting or taxation is advantageous
  • A minimum of one year of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting
  • CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA is preferred
