El candidato seleccionado será el encargado de asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables en la gestión de fraudes, así como de supervisar la administración diaria y las investigaciones relacionadas con actividades fraudulentas. Además, se espera que informe a la alta dirección sobre los problemas emergentes en este ámbito.
  • Supervisa y evalúa los casos en curso de los Investigadores de Fraude, garantizando la exhaustividad y llevando a cabo investigaciones detalladas para problemas complejos;
  • Atiende llamadas escaladas provenientes de los Servicios de Fraude, el Centro de Atención Telefónica y otras áreas, brindando orientación y asistencia a los miembros internos en eventos de fraude, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas de privacidad;
  • Colabora en la coordinación y apoyo de auditorías y exámenes de fraude según lo requiera el auditor interno;
  • Realiza investigaciones sobre tarjetas fraudulentas reportadas, asegurando que las transacciones fraudulentas sean identificadas y resueltas dentro de los plazos establecidos;
  • Asesora a la alta dirección sobre los riesgos de fraude y propone recomendaciones para mitigar la exposición al riesgo;
  • Actúa como enlace con el sistema de red neuronal de fraude, realizando revisiones periódicas para asegurar que las alertas sean adecuadas según el entorno de riesgo;
  • Elabora informes para la Junta Directiva sobre el fraude relacionado con tarjetas de crédito y débito;
  • Es responsable del análisis y la elaboración de informes sobre la mitigación de pérdidas y las tendencias de actividad, proporcionando recomendaciones y soluciones;
  • Supervisa las investigaciones sobre cuentas sospechosas de fraude, analizando la actividad para identificar patrones fraudulentos;
  • Analiza las alertas de fraude recibidas de diversas agencias y plataformas de gestión de riesgos;
  • Gestiona la estrategia y administración del software de intervención contra el fraude;
  • Desarrolla informes diseñados para detectar actividades sospechosas y realiza investigaciones para identificar patrones y tendencias;
  • Participa y delega en comités internos y reuniones comunitarias sobre fraude, colaborando con otras instituciones financieras y agencias de aplicación de la ley;
  • Mantiene un conocimiento actualizado de las leyes y regulaciones bancarias, asistiendo a seminarios y reuniones con colegas;
  • Gestiona compromisos de tarjetas, incluyendo la mitigación y la comunicación con los miembros;
  • Asiste a agencias reguladoras y consultas de auditoría, asegurando la presentación de la documentación adecuada;
  • Se comunica con agencias judiciales sobre actividades relacionadas con casos de fraude;
  • Promueve una cultura de trabajo colaborativa y positiva dentro del equipo;
  • Cumple con las regulaciones y requisitos legales establecidos;
  • Realiza otras tareas según se le asigne.
Requisitos

Experiencia Requerida
  • De tres (3) a cinco (5) años de experiencia en investigaciones de fraude dentro de instituciones financieras, con al menos dos (2) años en un rol de supervisión.
Experiencia Preferida
  • Certificación de Examinador de Fraude (CFE) preferida.
Habilidades, Educación y/o Certificaciones Requeridas
  • Graduado de secundaria o equivalente;
  • Conocimiento práctico de software financiero, aplicaciones y bases de datos;
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de oficina dinámico;
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita;
  • Atención al detalle y capacidad para priorizar tareas;
  • Conocimiento de las leyes y políticas que rigen la conducta de esta posición.
