As an Engineer Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will lead a team of four union engineers and one union painter Please note that it is a requirement of this position that you have or can obtain in 12 months or less both a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License as well as a CFC Universal Certification.

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work AM, PM and Overnight shifts as needed, as well as be on call for emergencies any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $29.90 per hour

As an Engineer Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities of the position may include:

Supervises and performs the duties of the Property Operations/Engineering staff
Maintain the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
Assists Director/Manager in training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating department staff
Ensures staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations
