Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Architect specializing in ServiceNow. This role allows for full remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee application maintenance, development, and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to create and execute a strategic platform roadmap that enhances functionality and delivers business value.
  • Manage all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment, utilizing both native platform capabilities and custom solutions.
  • Act as a vital resource in a process-driven environment, optimizing ServiceNow application solutions.

Essential Duties:

Engage with cross-functional teams to implement automated workflow solutions; integrate third-party applications with ServiceNow; execute platform upgrades and enhancements; configure Orchestration and Flow workflows; and introduce new custom functionalities to fulfill business needs. Additionally, manage data within the platform through imports and updates.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience in roles such as Software Developer, Applications Developer, or Systems Engineer. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with five years of experience will also be accepted.

Required Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow ITIL v3 Certification

Technical Skills:

This role requires extensive experience with the ServiceNow Cloud Platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM, as well as hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, system administration, and cloud migrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and API integrations using REST and SOAP is essential.
