Job Summary
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) is seeking a skilled Senior Consultant, Fiscal Strategy and Quality Enhancement - Outsourced CFO to leverage their expertise in delivering vital business services to our provider organizations and clientele.

Role Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant, Fiscal Strategy and Quality Enhancement - Outsourced CFO is a recognized authority in the field, well-versed in the latest trends in the design, delivery, and management of impactful programs and services within financial management, fiscal model development, revenue cycle oversight, performance measurement, and the use of information technology and business intelligence tools to support organizational objectives.

Key Duties Include:
1. Collaborating with senior and executive leadership of client organizations, including boards of directors, to provide specialized consultation and technical support aimed at enhancing fiscal practices, business intelligence, and internal data management to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Advising clients on changing policies, regulations, and funding opportunities that may influence or create avenues for organizational growth and service delivery strategies, along with recommending adaptive approaches.
3. Assisting clients in crafting tailored implementation plans that align with their organizational culture and needs.
4. Utilizing data to enhance clients' data literacy, shaping strategies, measuring impact, and identifying areas for ongoing improvement.
5. Taking a leading role in developing and implementing new content and delivery methods for practice changes across various contexts in behavioral health and human services.
6. Contributing significantly to proposal development and other business development initiatives to broaden service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
7. Serving as a subject matter expert in relevant areas for diverse projects across the service line and within CCSI as applicable.
8. Collaborating with team members and other experts to create and apply multidisciplinary solutions as needed.
9. Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in successfully leading teams or business units towards defined goals and objectives.

Additional Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of the behavioral health and human services sectors, including program development and implementation.
- Familiarity with the structures and business practices of managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, and independent practice associations.
- Experience with electronic billing processes and management practices.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff to foster personal growth and enhance agency capacity.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and manage expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to both formal and informal groups.
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with CCSI clients.
