Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) is in search of a skilled Senior Consultant, Fiscal Strategy and Quality Enhancement - Outsourced CFO to leverage their expertise in delivering vital business services to our provider organizations and clientele. The Senior Consultant, Fiscal Strategy and Quality Enhancement - Outsourced CFO is a recognized authority in the field, well-versed in emerging trends related to the design, execution, and management of impactful programs and services in financial oversight, fiscal model innovation, revenue cycle optimization, performance assessment, and the utilization of information technology and business intelligence tools to support client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with senior and executive leadership of client organizations, including board members, to provide specialized guidance and technical support aimed at enhancing their fiscal practices, business intelligence, and internal data management for informed strategic decision-making.
- Advising clients on evolving policies, regulatory frameworks, and funding modifications that may influence or create opportunities for the organization's service or growth strategies, along with recommending adaptive approaches.
- Partnering with clients to create tailored implementation strategies that align with the organization's unique needs and culture.
- Utilizing data to enhance clients' data literacy, shaping strategy, measuring impact, and identifying avenues for ongoing improvement.
- Taking a leading role in the development and deployment of innovative content and delivery methods for practice transformation across various contexts in behavioral health and human services.
- Significantly contributing to proposal development and other business growth initiatives to expand services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Serving as a subject matter expert in areas of specialization for diverse projects across the service line and within CCSI as applicable.
- Collaborating with team members and other experts to devise and implement multidisciplinary solutions as needed.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
- Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience successfully leading teams or business units toward established objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of the behavioral health and human services sectors, including new program development and implementation.
- Familiarity with the structures and business practices associated with managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, and independent practice associations.
- Experience with electronic billing processes and management practices.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff to foster personal growth and enhance organizational capacity.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the capability to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and manage expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to both formal and informal groups.
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with CCSI clients across New York State.
