Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in financial management, revenue cycle management, and performance measurement.
  • Consult on financial strategies and quality enhancement for behavioral health and I/DD providers, as well as community organizations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve fiscal practices, business intelligence, and data management.
  • Advise on policy and funding modifications, developing actionable implementation plans.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic direction and practice changes.
  • Contribute to proposal development and the creation of new content for practice transformation.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership roles within relevant sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of behavioral health, human services, managed care frameworks, and electronic billing.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor staff effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
