Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director, Senior Consultant to join our team at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert compliance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs for our customers, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with customers to establish and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with their business operations.
  • Provide training and education to customers on compliance matters, including regulatory updates and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, fostering trust and confidence in our compliance services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring our customers receive expert guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a strong background in regulatory affairs and compliance program development.
  • Hold one or more of the following certifications: CHC, CHPC, CCEP, or a graduate certificate from a university participating in the Compliance Certification Board Accrediting Program.
  • Demonstrated expertise in compliance investigations and corporate-level compliance training.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering trust and confidence in our compliance services.
