Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) is in search of a skilled Senior Consultant, Fiscal Strategy and Quality Enhancement - Outsourced CFO to leverage their expertise in delivering vital business services to our partner organizations and clients. The Senior Consultant, Fiscal Strategy and Quality Enhancement - Outsourced CFO is a distinguished subject matter expert well-versed in the latest trends in the formulation, execution, and oversight of impactful programs and services in financial management, fiscal model innovation, revenue cycle optimization, performance assessment, and the utilization of information technology and business intelligence tools to align with customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior and executive leadership of client organizations, including board members, to offer specialized consultation and technical support aimed at enhancing their fiscal practices, business intelligence, and internal data management to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Providing insights to clients regarding evolving policies, regulations, and funding opportunities that may influence or create avenues for the organization's service or growth strategies, along with recommended adaptation strategies.
  • Working alongside clients to craft tailored implementation plans that align with the organization's unique needs and culture.
  • Utilizing data to support clients' data literacy initiatives, shaping strategy, measuring impact, and identifying avenues for ongoing improvement.
  • Taking a leadership role in the creation and deployment of new content and delivery methods for practice transformation across various contexts related to behavioral health and human services.
  • Significantly contributing to proposal development and other business growth initiatives to broaden service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in areas of specialization for diverse projects across the service line and within CCSI as applicable.
  • Collaborating with team members and other experts to develop and implement multidisciplinary solutions as necessary.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience successfully leading teams or business units toward defined goals and objectives.

Additional Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of the behavioral health and human services sectors, including new program development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with the structures and business practices of managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, and independent practice associations.
  • Experience with electronic billing procedures and management practices.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach staff to foster personal growth and enhance organizational capacity.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the capability to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in presenting to both formal and informal groups.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with CCSI clients across the state.
