Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle for our key client partnerships. Ideal candidates will possess a strong service orientation, exceptional communication abilities, a process-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement activities with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordination of interview scheduling and meeting logistics
  • Reviewing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates
  • Guiding candidates through the initial stages of the application process
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and managing system administration
  • Collaborating on special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in recruitment support, administration, or customer service
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly with calendars and email
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Capacity to follow directions and implement plans effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of follow-through in previous roles
