The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking and adaptability. This role offers the potential for growth within the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules for recruiters and hiring teams, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across various time zones with efficiency and precision.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve candidate experience and recruitment processes.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events.
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up, facilitating a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee a seamless onboarding process.
  • Engage effectively with candidates and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Prepare and verify all New Hire documentation and oversee the New Hire Pre-Boarding/Onboarding procedures.
  • Approach every task with a mindset of continuous improvement, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiencies within the Recruitment team.
  • Support a diverse range of Talent Acquisition Projects and Initiatives, including Employment Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Military/Veteran Recruiting, Early Career Recruiting (University, Trade School, etc.), Social Media, and Diversity initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting, or relevant educational background.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of projects, and suggesting process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and respond with urgency.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
