  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing a compelling representation of our company and ensuring a memorable candidate experience.
  • Conduct meaningful pre-screening interviews to create a positive first impression for every candidate.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, becoming a trusted partner within internal teams.
  • Balance the role of candidate advocate and business partner to secure the best fit for all positions.
  • Oversee the successful onboarding process for new hires.

  • Develop and implement best practices for recruitment processes.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future needs through innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple candidates with timely follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR systems and applications.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Travel Requirements:
  • Occasional travel may be necessary, but less than 10% of the time.
  • This position requires working in the Atlanta area.
