As a full-cycle recruitment professional, the Healthcare Recruitment Specialist will engage in numerous facets of the role, including but not limited to business development, account management, marketing and advertising, candidate sourcing, and direct client consulting.

Training and Development

Compensation Structure
Compensation is structured to reward top performers, with many successful Healthcare Recruitment Specialists earning over $250,000 annually. The compensation package includes a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels, Sales Incentives, and comprehensive Healthcare Insurance.

Estimated Salary:
$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
