Your Role

Join our Continuous Learning Team to craft and implement top-tier enablement initiatives for our global sales force. As a key member of the Learning & Enablement organization, you will oversee the development of scalable and innovative training programs for our Global Enablement Catalog. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts will be crucial in promoting and executing your initiatives.

Your Contributions
  • Lead Creative Projects: Spearhead the development and execution of global enablement initiatives from concept to evaluation.
  • Content Creation: Design and deliver engaging materials across various formats, including live sessions, virtual training, and video presentations, to support our global sales teams.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical experts to create impactful training resources.
  • Material Development: Produce both physical and digital content, such as assessments, training documents, presentations, participant guides, role-play scenarios, and coaching materials.
  • Innovative Learning: Integrate diverse learning strategies, methodologies, and gamification techniques while adhering to adult learning principles.
  • Impact Assessment: Design and implement evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner outcomes.
  • Continuous Enhancement: Utilize evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness and refine content and design continuously.
  • Internal Engagement: Participate in and present during regularly scheduled internal broadcasts.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering effective training programs within a B2B software sales context.
  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling abilities, with a proven track record of conveying complex concepts engagingly.
  • Practical experience with video production tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in delivering training both live and virtually, specifically tailored for sales teams.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for redefining traditional training approaches and exploring new solutions.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B software sales processes and the ability to create training that effectively enhances sales performance.
  • Proactive in challenging the norm and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, results-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Highly resourceful, independent, adaptable, and open to coaching.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred; additional background in video production or graphic design is highly valued.

The compensation for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. The starting base salary is expected to be between $114,800/yr to $185,700/yr, along with potential restricted stock units and bonuses.
